Why do I need a website if I already have Facebook?
Facebook can be useful for connecting with customers. Your website gives you a business-controlled destination where people can clearly find your services, discover you through search and take the next step. They work well together, without relying entirely on one social platform.
Will I own my website?
Yes. Your core website files and content belong to your business and can be handed over. Third-party services, licensed software and booking platforms retain their own terms; dependencies will be explained before work begins.
Do I have to keep hosting with you?
No. I can host and maintain your site, but your core website can move to another suitable host. A clear handover helps you make that move. External services may need separate arrangements.
Can you manage the website for me?
Yes. Hosting, small updates and technical support can be included in an agreed ongoing arrangement. Focus on your business while staying informed about your website.
Can you help with Google and search engines?
Yes. I build in search-friendly page structure, metadata, performance and useful content foundations. Search positions depend on many factors, so I do not guarantee rankings.
Can you add booking systems or forms?
Yes. We will choose an approach that suits your business, whether that is an enquiry form or an external booking platform. Charges and limitations will be discussed in advance.
What happens if I want changes later?
A 30-day post-launch adjustment period covers agreed in-scope changes and fixes. Minor maintenance may then be covered by your support arrangement. New features and substantial additions are scoped and quoted separately.
Do I need to understand the technical stuff?
No. I will explain the choices in plain English and handle the technical setup, while keeping you informed and making sure you retain ownership.
